Be the light in the night (Online Webinar)

Winter Solstice is considered as the death of the old Sun and birth of the new one. This important time in the Northern Hemisphere means the shortest day and the longest night.

Our attention goes inwards to encounter what lies within our subconscious and unconscious mind.

What do we find in the depths of ourselves? How to wisely approach fears, darkness, shadows and other phenomena, which are often considered as demons or “our dark side”?
How to take advantage of this time, when nature invites us for a journey to explore the unknown? How do wise people of various cultures perceive the underworld and harmonize their relationship with it?

Studying and being inspired by world traditions and modern approaches, we will get to know practices and activities, to bring balance and self integration in this special upcoming time in December.

Tommy Harevis will share with us some knowledge on-line and will guide a meditation with music and words.

You can prepare yourself with a candle, warm blanket and optionally a cup of warm cacao.
