Sabine Johanna
Artist - Musician - Certified Multimedial Art Therapist

Hi, my name is Sabine Johanna, I am mother of 3 wonderful daughters, artist, musician and also certified multimedia art therapist.
I love working with all kinds of colors, shapes, rhythms and sounds inspired by my daily life, nature and the wisdom of native traditions around the world. In my experience, creating art is pure joy and deep activation of the senses, but also active meditation, allowing the mind to calm down and becoming completely absorbed in the creative process.
Expressing yourself through art has also a profound healing effect. People in almost all ancient cultures have always danced, painted, sung and drummed, to free themselves from illnesses and to activate their self-healing powers.
Multimedia art therapy is based on the understanding, that artistic expression enormously benefits our personal development, helping us to meet the challenges of life with creative solutions.
My intention is to invite you with my offers on a magical journey into the world of artistic expression, where you can discover the power of your creativity and playfully enfold it.
The object isn’t to make art, it’s to be in that wonderful state which makes art inevitable.” – Robert Henri
