Throughout this winter retreat, we will employ effective transformation techniques. We aim to awaken your human potential, by engaging your body through various activities: spontaneous dance, authentic movement, meditation, voice
and breath work, art, music and shamanic practices.

The program includes a series of practices that fortify the body, soothe the mind and guide us towards a more harmonious and balanced state of existence.

Retreat is located in a picturesque site in Upper Austria, all the details about transport will be given directly after registration.

Throughout the whole retreat there will be served food by cuisine chef, Marcin Piniak:
